The Board of Directors of Meghmani Finechem Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. on 19th January, 2023 has approved the expansion of an additional 45,000 TPA production capacity of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Resin (CPVC Resin) plant at Dahej, Gujarat. Considering the above, Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Resin (CPVC Resin) of Meghmani Finechem Limited ("MFL") now stands at 75,000 TPA. The funding of Rs.250 Crores will be raised through internal accruals and borrowed funds. Shares of Meghmani Finechem Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1196.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1175.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2645 in over 471 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1222.05 and intraday low of 1171.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3182172.00.
